Promotional Discount on Subscription Fee for e-Cert (Encipherment)

Starting from 1 April 2012, a promotional discount on the subscription fee for e-Cert (Encipherment) will be offered by Certizen Limited, the new contractor of Hongkong Post Certification Authority e-Cert services.

In this connection, with effect from 1 April 2012, the annual subscription fee for e-Cert (Encipherment) will be discounted from HK$150 to HK$21 per certificate until further notice, but there will be no change to the administration fee. The fees for all other types of e-Cert, namely e-Cert (Personal), e-Cert (Organisational) and e-Cert (Server), will remain unchanged.
